Abstract.

Increasingly, investors are demanding both financial and non-financial returns on their investments, otherwise known as ‘blended value’. This is a growing trend. In the future blended value will surpass exclusively fiscal measures of shareholder return on investment (RoI); to prepare for this change businesses must start to define their ‘Impact Strategy’.
