In 2015 I produced a wide-reaching piece of customer experience work for Rosewood Hotels, looking at how to improve the performance and consistency of their global business online. After a thorough audit of the data, it was clear that the website—whilst revered by many in the hospitality industry—was in need of some attention; and so a full scale usability and conversion rate optimisation review was launched.
The review highlighted and attributed a financial value to every flaw in the Rosewood Hotel site, enabling me to compile an accurate ROI model to take the board in pursuance of more digital investment.
